“What?” Lucas’s voice was sharp as he responded, his brows furrowing. He turned to face Keely, tilting his head as he watched. “Who the hell told you that?” he asked, trying to keep his voice level. “Who,” he started, advancing on Keely slowly, “told you that?” he repeated, raising a brow. “Because it’s bullshit.” His voice was firm, but his touch was tender as he reached a hand up, brushing the hair from Keely’s face. “You know I would never do that to you. I told you before, Keels, I’ve never cheated on you. And I have no intention to, ever.” He softened his voice as he spoke, sighing softly, reaching forward and pulling Keely into his arms. “There will always be girls who flirt with me,” he murmured, pressing a kiss to her head. “And sometimes I flirt back, because it gets me better tips.
