Please, anyone who has direct contact (via phone, etc) to stileswrites or is legitimately trained in knowing the right thing to say to someone who is in a darker place– please do what you can. I am not equipped in proper action for psychological trauma, but I am incredibly worried about Bela. 
Bela, please, please, please talk to someone instead of hurting yourself. You’re not useless; you’re not better off not here, I promise. 
Please, please, please call someone.
